We are now looking to expand our workforce and are currently looking for an Administrative Assistant/Business Administrator looking to take on new challenges.
We are looking for a talented and self-motivated individual with good administrative and leadership skills to join our company as we are currently under rapid growth and development. Your knowledge and expertise in business operations and strong administrative skills shall help our organization to thrive, take on market opportunities, and remain competitive. Monitoring and overseeing day-to-day business operations such as acting as a point of contact for employees, planning and organising group activities (afterwork, teambuilding activities, etc.), attestation of time reports, vacation plans, etc.
Support recruitment drives to find new talent and suitable assignments (e.g., recruitment ads, candidate interviews, searching for assignments for candidates, etc.).
Explore market opportunities and connect our consultants with assignments.
Support career development planning and progression for consultants.
Interact and maintain business relationships with partners, clients, and customers.
Contribute to the development of the corporate road map, long-term goals, business strategy and objectives.
Who are you?
You have strong administrative and people skills.
You have at least a high school or post-secondary diploma (gymnasieutbildning/eftergymnasiekompetens) or relevant training.
You have great interpersonal and social skills and enjoy working with people.
You are organized, meticulous and good at planning.
You have strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Swedish.
You have good skills in Microsoft 365 applications – Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Highly Advantageous if you have
Previous administrative experience.
